HiFlex Floor for Electrical Rooms & Sub Stations.

Floor height 2000-4000 mm

The high built raised floor system HiFlex provide you as an end user more time to decide which electrical equipment vendor to choose. HiFlex is the alternative to un-leveled concrete floors with cable cellars, where wrongly positioned cable hole-slits will delay the project and increase cost.

The high grade steel understructure offers superior strength and expanded bridging capability, with standard finished floor heights range from 2000 to 4000 mm. Pedestal layouts with as much as 2000 mm on center offer greater service aisles and cableways in the plenum.

With floor heights over 2000 mm, locked down tongue and groove panels from chip-board or non-combustable Calcium Sulphate are used.

Floor height up to 2100 mm

The Iso Floor design allows for the self-supporting sub-structure will support Switchgears and Transformers directly on the floor, eliminating the cost of expensive, pre-welded and non-adjustable  support stands, which have long lead times. With the Iso Floor modularity, the floor can be adapted to the electrical equipment foot-print at a later stage.

The high grade steel understructure offers superior strength and expanded bridging capability, with standard finished floor heights range from 150 to 2100 mm. Pedestal layouts with as much as 1200 mm on center offer greater service aisles and cableways in the plenum.
