Iso Floor for Electrical Equipment Rooms & Sub Stations
The Iso Floor design allows for the self-supporting sub-structure to support Switchgears and Transformers directly on the floor, eliminating the cost for expensive, pre-welded and non-adjustable equipment support stands. With the Iso Floor's modularity, the floor can easily be adapted to any future electrical equipment foot-print at the time of upgrade.
The high grade steel sub-structure offers superior strength and expanded bridging capability, with standard finished floor heights range from 8 to 84 inches (200 to 2100 mm). Pedestal layouts with as much as 48x60 inches (1200x1500 mm) on center offer greater service aisles and cable ways in the under floor plenum.
Panels are available in standard 24 x 24 inch (or 600 x 600 mm), and are also available in custom sizes if specified or required.
HiFlex Floor for Electrical Rooms & Sub Stations
The high built raised floor system HiFlex provides you, as an end user, more time to decide which electrical equipment vendor to choose. HiFlex is the alternative to un-leveled concrete floors with cable cellars, where wrongly positioned cable hole-slits will delay the project and greatly increase cost.
The high grade steel understructure offers superior strength and expanded bridging capability, with standard finished floor heights range from 80 to 193 inches (2000 to 4900 mm). Pedestal layouts with as much as 94.5 inches (2400 mm) on center offer greater service aisles and cable ways in the plenum.
With floor heights over 80 inches, tongue and groove laminate panels from recyclable chip-board is standard. Unfinished Calcium Sulphate panels are an option.

All floor panels can be removed without affecting the lateral stability of the floor system.
