HiFlex Floor for Electrical Equipment Rooms & Power Sub Stations
Floor heights from 80 - 193 inches (2000 - 4900 mm)
The HiFlex raised floor system provides the end user more time to decide which electrical equipment vendor and type to choose. HiFlex is a better alternative to un-leveled concrete floors above cable cellars, where wrongly positioned cable hole-slits will delay the project and greatly increase cost.
The high grade steel understructure offers superior strength and expanded bridging capability, with standard finished floor heights range from 79 to 193 inches (2000 to 4900 mm). Pedestal layouts with as much as 94.5 inches (2400 mm) on center offer greater service aisles and cable ways in the plenum.
In Data Centers, it also allows for placement of major infrastructure equipment; CRAH's, PDU's, Transformers, cabling, etc. in the raised floor plenum. This will allow for only placing Server Racks on top of the raised floor, creating a secure data processing environment.
With floor heights from 79 inches (2000 mm) and up, secured tongue and groove special laminate panels made from recyclable chip-board is the standard. Unfinished Calcium Sulphate panels are also offered as an alternative.
Floor height up to 84" (2100 mm)
The Iso Floor design allows for the self-supporting sub-structure will support Switchgears and Transformers directly on the floor, eliminating the cost of expensive, pre-welded and non-adjustable support stands, which have long lead times. With the Iso Floor modularity, the floor can be adapted to the electrical equipment foot-print at a later stage.

Panels are available in standard 24 x 24 inch (or 600 x 600 mm), and are also available in custom sizes if required.
